Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present matter is squarely covered by the judgement and order of this Court dated 16th March, 2021 passed in Writ A No. 2998 of 2021. It is argued that this case may also be directed to be considered in the light of judgment passed by this court.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
In view of above, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ-A No. 2998 of 2021 dated 16th March, 2021.
