Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. on behalf of State.
Admittedly, the applicant had earlier approached this Court in Application U/s 482 No.38018 of 2017 which was disposed of leaving it open to the applicants to appear before the court below and apply for bail.
Apparently, the applicants have not complied with those directions issued by this Court and consequently, non bailable warrants appear to have been issued against the applicants.
In view of the above, no interference is warranted by this Court. The application is accordingly, dismissed.
