It is submitted that husband and respondent No.2 were residing separately. Further, the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law, aged about 65 years and 62 years respectively. Petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are brothers of the husband and petitioner Nos.5 & 6 are married sister and brother-in-law of the husband and they are residing at Mangrol, Junagadh district. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and allegations levelled against the petitioners, prima facie a case is made out to grant interim relief in favour of the petitioners.
In view of the above, issue notice returnable on 24th February, 2012.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 8[C] qua the petitioners is granted.
Direct service is permitted.
