Progress report/affidavit filed today by Sri A.K. Sand, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent, which has been sworned by the Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Nagar pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 28.2.2018, is being taken on record. The Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Nagar is present in person.
Sri A.K. Sand, learned A.G.A. has stated that in the said progress report, it has been stated that all efforts are being made to trace out the victim and whose whereabouts are traced at Mumbai as per the status of her mobile phone, which was intercepted by the police. He has further stated that special team of police has been constituted and has been sent to Mumbai to do the needful pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 28.2.2018 and prays for further time so that orders of this Court may be complied with.
Accordingly, list on 12.4.2018 before the appropriate Bench, by which time earlier orders of this Court be complied with and the Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Nagar shall remain present in person on the next date of listing.
