Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Court no.2, Ghaziabad to expedite the hearing of Misc. Case No.25 of 2012 (Abdul Kareem Versus Nijamuddin and others).
Learned counsel for the landlord-petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid case is an execution case. He has further submitted that the writ petition preferred by the respondents being Writ-A no. 32533 of 1994 has been dismissed in default on 03.04.2007. Thereafter restoration applications was filed which was also dismissed on 17.01.2012 but the decree of the trial court has not been executed.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the aforesaid court to decide the Misc. Case No.25 of 2012 within a period of three months from date of filing copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court by the petitioner.
