Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State and perused the record.
This petition for writ under Article 226 of Constitution of India is preferred with a prayer to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No. 16 of 2018 pertaining to offences punishable under Sections 3/5-A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 120-B, 211 I.P.C. pending investigation at Police Station Gajraula, District J.P. Nagar.
As per the petitioners, the investigating agency is not acting fairly and objectively in the matter as much as that earlier to the petitioner was implicated in a case of similar nature and therein stay of the petitioner was stayed but subsequent case has also been lodged. We don't find any just reason to transfer the investigation in the instant matter as simply preferred that the petitioner have not given any justifiable reason for transfer of the investigation. The writ petition as much as bereft of the matter. No interference is required in the matter. The same is dismissed.
