Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicants who are apprehending their arrest is seeking their anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Bekan Ganj, District-Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants has informed the Court that the police has submitted final report in favour of applicants, as such, the cause of the anticipatory bail no more survives.
Under circumstances, instant anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous, and accordingly stands DISMISSED.
