1. Heard Shri Muktesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Janardhan Prakash, learned AGA for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Aashutosh Srivastava seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0253 of 2019, under Sections - 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station - Robertsganj, District - Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial.
3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is, no money had been withdrawn. There is no evidence to establish that the signatures were forged by the present applicant.
4. On the other hand, learned AGA submits, if the money has been released, the sole beneficiary would be the present applicant and no other person.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, at present, the FIR allegations are complete.
6. In view of such fact allegation, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the present applicant.
7. Accordingly, the present application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicant to apply for regular bail before the learned court below, which application when filed, may be considered on its own merits, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
