1. We have heard Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, Mr.S.R.Patel, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 and Mr.N.J.Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.4.

2. Mr.S.P.Majmudar, learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that he wants to withdraw the Appeal to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a consequence, civil application also stands dismissed.
