(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It appears that this Bench has already admitted appeals on the similar question of law involved in the present one and we have fixed those matters on March 28, 2012 at 2.30 p.m.. Accordingly, let these two matters be also fixed on March 28, 2012 at 2.30 p.m. along with those matters.
After hearing Mr Dave appearing on behalf of the appellants, we find that the appellants have made out a strong prima-facie case to have stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the orders of remand passed by the Tribunal below which are impugned in these appeals till March 28, 2012. We accordingly pass such order.
Notice be issued upon the respondents in the meantime.
