C O M M O N J U D G M E N T When the cases were called, the learned counsel for the appellant is absent and there is no representation on behalf of him, whereas the learned counsel for the respondent is present and would submit that, both the Interlocutory Applications, viz., I.A.Nos.48 and 49 of 2015 in O.S.No.6 of 2015, filed before the Court below, seeking temporary injunction, have been dismissed on 05.01.2017, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals may be dismissed.
