ari When the matter was listed on 07.06.2017 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the case on 08.06.2017 under the caption “For Dismissal). Accordingly, the case was listed today i.e. 08.06.2017 under the caption “For Dismissal”.
2. Even when the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e.
