ORDER The petitioners have filed a memo and submit that the petitions were filed seeking for appropriate direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to cancel and revoke the trade licence issued to respondent No.5 and had sought for certain other reliefs. It is submitted that respondent No.5 has ceased the commercial activity. Hence, it is stated that the present petitions have become infructuous and nothing survives for consideration.
Memo is placed on record.
In the light of the memo and submission made, petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
