ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings vide No.10/ADM/2006, dated 23.09.2006 seeking to cancel the allotment of the shop No.16 situated at R&B Rythu Bazar, Vizianagarm to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to cancel and evict the petitioner from the shop No.16 situated at R&B Rythu Bazar, Vizianagaram.”
At the hearing, Sri N. Pramod, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, WPMP.No.29085 of 2006 and WVMP.No.2567 of 2006 are also dismissed.
