The sole relief pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of argument, is to command the respondent authorities to consider and pass appropriate orders on the proposed lay out plan submitted by the petitioner for raising construction over Arazi no. 585-ka situated in village Maksudabad, Kanpur Nagar.
Shri Pranjal Mehrotra appearing for the respondent no. 2 very fairly states that if any such proposed lay out plan is filed and is pending before the authority, the same shall be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid facts, we dispose of the writ petition by commanding respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision on the proposed lay out plan submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
