JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.37172 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.37172 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015 has been complied with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this Court directed the first respondent / Director of Town Panchayats, Kuralagam, Chennai, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2014, the second respondent / Executive Officer, Karuthampatti Town Panchayat, Somanur, Coimbatore, rejected the petitioner's representation, by an order dated 17.09.2016 and he has to challenge the said order.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the second respondent, dated 17.09.2016 in the manner known to law.
