Respondents (By Sri.B.Balakrishna, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to Direct the respondent to forthwith take suitable and immediate action upon the complaint and FIR filed in Crime No.25/2013 which is pending before the 1st ACMM at Bengaluru.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-

Sri. Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing and the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner is inter alia seeks a direction to respondents to take suitable and immediate action on the complaint and first information report filed in Crime No.25/2013 which is pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that suitable action will be taken on the first information report filed, in accordance with law.
4. After hearing the learned Additional Government Advocate and in the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to complete the investigation and to file the official report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
5. accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
