In this petition, the petitioner is inter alia seeks a direction to respondents to take suitable and immediate action on the complaint and first information report filed in Crime No.25/2013 which is pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that suitable action will be taken on the first information report filed, in accordance with law.

After hearing the learned Additional Government Advocate and in the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to complete the investigation and to file the official report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
