Therefore, permission as prayed for, for withdrawing the writ petitions is granted and the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would also submit that a direction may be issued for conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioners.
3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioners in the above writ petitions within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
