Public Prosecutor ORDER The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. r/w Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Ordinance, 2014, seeks a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram, to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with S.C.No.116 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Villupuram, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
