Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to decide the mutation case no. 2116 of 2018, Computer Case No. T201805200302116, under Section 34 Land Revenue Code 2006 (Asha Devi Vs. Tara Devi), pending before Respondent no. 1 within a stipulated period."
The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of her mutation application alleged to have been filed in the July, 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Rudrapur, District Deoria to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
