ORDER R. DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
The employer–M/s. 3M India Limited is before this Court calling in question the order of domestic enquiry (Issue No.1) which was passed on 16.02.2015 by II Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru in I.D.No.23/2012.
2. The workman has also filed another writ petition in WP.No.8732/2016 calling in question the order on I.A.No.1 in the very same dispute i.e. I.D.No.23/2012 seeking enhancement of interim relief which was granted by the Labour Court.
3. Learned counsel submits that the dispute before the Labour Court is in the final stage, as there was no interim stay on the validity of the domestic enquiry. Therefore, both the learned counsel submit that these matters may be disposed of, in view of passage of time.
4. In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are disposed of as they do not survive for consideration in the light of the observation made above.
