JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent College was already given recognition by the Central Government and hence the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
