JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 04.05.2017 given by them and furnish the details and documentary required by them within a time frame.
3. Mr.T.P.Manoharan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2017, the respondents have no passed any order so far. Further, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a time frame.
4. Mr.S.Diwakar learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 4 and 7 replied the petitioners that the request made by the petitioners to furnish the details and documents were not available in their office and therefore, the representation should be decided only by the other respondents. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the other respondents may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, within a time frame.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
